• Support and assist the Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain a small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

• Master’s degree or higher in related field preferred
• Three years of experience working with chemical‑dependency or dual‑diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LAC, LCSW, LPC in Colorado)
• Supervisory or managerial experience required
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained recovery required
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
