Description: This role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and will work with both adolescent and adult populations in the IOP/PHP level of care, providing individual (1:1) and group therapy. May have a heavier emphasis on group therapy.
* Must have a minimum of one year of post‑graduate clinical experience and experience providing clinical services to adolescent populations.
Role SummaryThe Therapist will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive and continuity of care.
- Completes suicide risk assessment within identified time frames and with appropriate thoroughness and scoring while consulting with clinical leaders.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews determining length of stay and level of care.
- Assess and identify community resources based on clients needs during treatment/aftercare planning.
- Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues while building supportive and trusting relationships.
- Comes prepared to weekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high‑quality care.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid state Colorado licensure in the applicable state (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT).
- Minimum of one year of post‑graduate clinical experience.
- Experience providing clinical services to adolescent populations.
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
