Primary Therapist- Conduct psychotherapy including individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load.
- Complete biopsychosocial, self‑harm and suicide assessments.
- Create individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members.
- Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed.
- Complete clinical paperwork for each patient on case load including individual and family therapy progress notes, group notes, wellness plans and aftercare plans.
- Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field.
- Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure, or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy.
- Experience with individual/family therapy preferred.
- Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state.
- Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities.
- At least 3 years post‑licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma‑related disorders.
- Some experience supervising other clinicians.
- Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases.
The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
$63,600 - $104,000 USD
