Shift: PRN

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! • Provide occupational therapy services within scope of practice under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $33-$39
