Title: Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant internally know as Client Service Coordinator

Description:
* Must have background in behavioral health or Healthcare field.
This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 100% onsite at Guide light’s Downtown Denver location, working with the adolescent population.
Compensation is based on candidate experience and ranges from $25-$32 per hour.
Role
Summary:
As the Client Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact at the front desk for individuals seeking mental health treatment, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance as needed.
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism upon arrival at the facility.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects the welcoming atmosphere of Guide light Health.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, managing patient records, and updating databases.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in behavioral health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
- Knowledge of mental health terminology and procedures is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.

Pay Range
$25 - $32 USD
