Connect Pediatrics is growing into the Denver, Colorado area and is currently seeking a Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team. This position will play a vital role in assisting with our growth into the Colorado market and will have an opportunity for growth into a supervising clinician role. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well‑coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients’ needs for therapy.
  • Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician’s orders.
  • Provide in‑home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
  • Engage with patients’ families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
  • Actively participate in one‑on‑one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
  • A valid Speech‑Language Pathology License in the state of Colorado and ASHA CCC‑SLP
  • Current BLS License
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and automotive insurance
  • Pediatric & supervision experience is preferred
