This is a full-time on-site role, located in Denver, CO. The Surgical Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling surgical procedures, coordinating with medical staff and patients, verifying insurance information, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved. Duties also include providing exceptional customer service to patients and addressing inquiries regarding surgical and medical processes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Surgery Scheduling and understanding of Medical Terminology
- Experience with Insurance Verification processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage schedules and records
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
