Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO, for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and documenting patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct care to patients, educate families and staff, and contribute to the rehabilitation process to enhance patients' communication and swallowing abilities.

Pay

Range

$40-50 /hr

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Speech Therapy, including experience in evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Dysphagia diagnosis and treatment.
  • Proficiency in addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders for diverse patient populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and care teams.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
