Restorative Injectables is a leading regenerative aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in advanced injectables, hormone optimization, peptides, NAD therapies, and evidence-based longevity protocols. With locations in Denver and Oklahoma City, our mission is to deliver elevated, personalized medicine that restores confidence, energy, and long-term vitality.

We are expanding our wellness division and seeking a motivated, clinically strong provider to lead our telehealth hormone and peptide programs.

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• NAD optimization
• Metabolic health optimization
• Longevity-focused care plans

This role is primarily telehealth-based with potential in-clinic days for strategic events, consultations, or trainings.

This provider will play a key role in scaling our wellness division into a flagship signature program.

• Conduct 60-minute comprehensive hormone and metabolic consultations
• Interpret advanced lab panels (CBC, CMP, lipids, A1c, fasting insulin, thyroid, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, SHBG, DHEA, cortisol, etc.)
• Develop personalized HRT protocols (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, thyroid support)
• Prescribe and manage peptide stacks
• Oversee GLP-1 programs with metabolic preservation strategies
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust protocols appropriately
• Provide clear education on risks, benefits, and expectations
• Document thoroughly and maintain compliance
• Collaborate with aesthetic and wellness teams for integrated care
• Participate in quarterly strategy meetings to refine and scale programs

• Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or MD/DO

• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Peptide therapy
• Weight loss and GLP-1 management
• Functional or integrative medicine
• Strong understanding of female and male hormone optimization
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Passionate about longevity medicine and regenerative care
• Confident in telehealth communication

• Experience with compounding pharmacies
• Familiarity with NAD protocols
• Background in aesthetics or regenerative medicine
• Comfort building and refining clinical protocols
• Interest in education or leading patient workshops
