Behavioral Health Clinician II provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals in supportive housing or residential settings. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and offering clinical interventions to promote stability, recovery, and independent living. The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address the complex needs of individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, trauma, and housing instability, utilizing evidence‑based practices to support overall well‑being and prevent a return to homelessness.
This position is part of a scattered site team, requires daily driving, and the office is located at 2100 Broadway, Denver CO.
NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.
The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance. Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.
- Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business.

Essential Job Functions- Provides ongoing clinical services to homeless families with mental illness, substance abuse, domestic violence issues, developmental disabilities, and other obstacles to self‑sufficiency.
- Accesses services for families through transportation, assists with the application process, refers to and collaborates with agencies like DHS, TANF, SSI, SSDI, BART, SSC, Medicaid, MHCD, CORRA, DHA, etc. and acts as an advocate, liaison and treatment coordinator between CCH and these agencies.
