Position OverviewAs Director, Clinical Technology and Reporting Strategy, you will play an integral role in developing the strategic reporting, technology roadmap for clinical initiatives deployed to field teams. The position focuses on synthesizing internal clinical work, assessing and prioritizing opportunities for reporting, analytics, and technology, and developing a prioritization process and roadmap to support the tools needed to execute on priorities. You will partner across clinical strategy, analytics, reporting, technology, product teams, and leadership, ensuring a thoughtful and consistent user experience throughout technology and reporting.
You will act as a thought partner, internal consultant and leader in building the right tools and technology to further our clinical strategy.
- Develop and execute on a clinical reporting and technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy.
- Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the analytics and reporting team, the technology teams, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, to develop a technology and reporting prioritization process and ensure the process is maintained to support clinical initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standards of excellence for field reporting and analytics to ensure high quality field user experience for reports and technology.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes.
- 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations/healthcare management, or similar.
- Bachelor s degree required;
Master s in a relevant field (MBA, MHA) preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience. - Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field.
- Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results.
- Travel up to 25%.
