Monday: 8am‑5pm
Tuesday: 7am‑5pm
Thursday: 8am‑5pm
Compensation: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing- Escorting patients to exam rooms and obtaining vitals, medical history, and medication lists.
- Effectively communicating allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
- Administering subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections.
- Conducting thorough and accurate spirometry testing.
- Performing all testing and treatment in accordance with Aspire Allergy protocols and safety measures.
- Navigating the EHR system to record accurate patient health information.
- Serving patients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls and providing accurate information.
- Tracking clinical inventory and resupplying when needed.
- Ensuring end‑of‑day reports and logs are accurate and complete.
- Following HIPAA rules, including patient confidentiality.
- Adhering to OSHA requirements, universal precautions, and sharps disposal guidelines.
- Being cross‑trained in front and back‑office duties to provide full‑cycle clinic support.
- Front‑office duties include: becoming proficient in the Practice Management side of the EHR, obtaining CT authorizations, scanning patient documents and attaching them to charts, checking patients in (demographics, PCP, contact, insurance), checking patients out and taking payment, communicating out‑of‑pocket maximums, sending end‑of‑day emails, scheduling appointments, enrolling patients in treatment of choice.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

- Effective and clear communication skills.
- Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections.
- Ability to manually take patient vital signs.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in difficult or emergent situations.
- Ability to travel among clinics in the region.
Education and Experience
- Valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
- Completed Medical Assistant Program or Degree.
- 1+ years of Medical Assistant Experience.
- 1+ years of Medical Receptionist Experience.
- Medical Assistant Certificate, vocational nurse license, or related experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
