We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technician to joinour healthcare team. The Surgical Technician will assist surgeons, nurses,and other medical staff during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment while supporting patient care.

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and functioning properly.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout surgical operations.
• Handle specimens for laboratory analysis as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and inventory of supplies.

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
