FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for in-home and senior living care in Colorado. You will deliver one-on-one therapy aimed at improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults, whether in private residences or senior living communities.
You will document in FOX’s EMR, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and may incorporate telehealth to extend access and continuity of care. Full-time and part-time positions with benefits are available.
