Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay Range: $25–$35/hour
Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Afternoon cases only |
10–25 hours per week | Hours anywhere between 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:- Delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy during afternoon hours
- Following treatment plans designed by our BCBAs
- Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)
- Partnering with families and teammates to help kids thrive
- Bringing compassion, energy, and consistency every day
- Current RBT certification (or actively pursuing it)
- Love for working with children
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to being available within the 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM window for 10–25 hours per week
