Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves mastering the art of medication management and personal care, all while prioritizing safety and resident well‑being.

  • Become the Medication Maestro:
    Conduct a symphony of pill‑popping perfection, following the legendary “five rights” of medication administration.
  • Transform into the Ultimate Caregiver:
    Channel your inner Mary Poppins to provide exceptional personal care, making daily living activities a breeze for our residents.
  • Be the Eagle‑Eyed Guardian:
    Keep your Spidey senses tingling for any changes in residents’ conditions and report them faster than a speeding bullet.
  • Embrace your Inner Safety Superhero:
    Don your invisible cape and identify potential hazards or repairs needed to keep our living environment secure.
  • Join the Care Planning Justice League:
    Participate in meetings to improve resident care and departmental efficiency – no Batmobile required!

Qualifications
  • Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP‑A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • High school or Equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
  • Proficient computer skills preferred
  • Strong self‑management and organization skills
  • Strong multi‑tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (open to change).
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements
  • Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
