Mature candidates with 20+ years of work/life experience strongly preferred.

This position is onsite only; no hybrid or remote options available. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours may vary from 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm depending on length of lunch.

Experience is preferred but not required if you have a strong background in customer service and administrative roles along with a stable work history.

• Manage incoming referral requests and schedule new patient appointments via phone, fax, and EMR.
• Follow up with patients on appointment details to ensure they are aware of necessary guidelines and documents.
• Request all required medical records and documentation for scheduled new patient appointments.
• Obtain and confirm billing and demographic information, accurately enter patient and insurance data into the system, and complete the patient registration process.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Longevity in prior roles (ability to hold a job for more than 3 years).
• Mature individual passionate and enthusiastic about helping people.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Prior surgical or procedure scheduling experience in a specialty care environment.
• Ability to manage emotions effectively, responding thoughtfully rather than impulsively.
• Ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges, learning from life experiences and growing stronger.

Pay range: $21.00 - $23.50.
