W-2 Full-Time, W-2 Part-Time Employee, or 1099 Independent Contract Opportunities Available.

Hybrid based out of Denver, CO.

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W-2 Full Time:
  Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
• W-2 Part Time:
  Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required
• 1099 Independent Contractor:
  Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $44‑$47/hour | 1099: $63‑$65/hour
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $58‑$68/hour | 1099: $75‑$83/hour

• Employment status to be determined at time of offer which includes multiple determining factors including but not limited to ability to work independently without supervision, ability to obtain and maintain a business entity and location to provide services.

• Active, unrestricted license:
  Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Colorado
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
