Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Optometrist to join our pediatric vision care team. Key Responsibilities

• Educate children and their parents on developing strong vision health habits
• Lead and inspire a team of optometrists and vision care professionals
• Provide accurate diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans using accepted clinical and diagnostic techniques
• Refer patients to vision specialists when necessary
• Ensure a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment for all patients
• Maintain full compliance with all applicable state, federal, and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL)

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for improving pediatric vision health
• Active or pending license issued by the State Board of Optometry
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional growth
• Exceptional organizational skills and deep knowledge of vision care practices
