Regular Schedule Thursday Night Friday Night Saturday Night Additional weekday night shifts may be available if you're looking for extra hours.
Pay Weekday Night
Shifts:
$26.00/hour Weekend
Shifts:
$27.00/hour Mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying travel.
What You'll DoProvide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Document care accurately and promptly.
Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
Current Colorado CNA certification.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient homes.
Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
Previous home health or private-duty experience is a plus.
Because our patients thrive on routine, we work hard to keep caregivers assigned to the same patients on a consistent weekly schedule whenever possible.
