We are actively hiring an New Patient Navigator to support our Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site.

Full Time, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (day shift)
Compensation
: $70,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
The New Patient Navigator is responsible for developing andmaintainingoutreach and engagement strategies to enhance the Site’s patient care and enrollment efforts while ensuring a seamless new patient experience. This role focuses onidentifyingand cultivating partnerships with physician referral sources, engagingwithand scheduling new patients, andassistingwith the tracking of trial slot availability and fulfillment.
Physician & Community Partnership Development(Primary Area of Focus)- Develop and implement outreach strategies toidentifypartnerships and potential oncology clinical trial participants.
- Identify and cultivate new physician partnerships andmaintainrelationships with existing partners to support trial enrollment and patient care efforts.
- Act as a liaison between the Site and community organizations to foster collaboration.
- Engage with community organizations with diverse populations to raise awareness about oncology clinical trials.
- Assist the Site and Medical Director inidentifyingpotential partnerships.
- Support trial enrollment and patient care efforts by effectively communicating with new patients ina timely fashion.
- Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of theinitialnew patient consult visits.
- Ensure the collection anduploadingof all necessary new patient medical records.
- Maintain effective patient and team communication from referral intake through trial enrollment and first treatment, as appropriate.
- Ensure the effective handover to assigned CRC upon commencement of Cycle 1 Day 1 treatment.
- Provide new patient trial status to referring physician upon confirmation of enrollment or screen failure.
- Assist with any other scheduling needs during screening period
- Become proficient in the regular use of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to enter and manage patient information accurately.
