Fully Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Northglenn or Commerce City, CO | Full-Time

Forge Counseling Collective continues to group, our practice has been around for 13+ years and we’re looking for an experienced, fully licensed clinician to join our Northglenn or Commerce City team!

This position is especially well suited for a clinician who loves doing therapy but also wants to be part of building a strong clinical community. We’re looking for someone who brings experience, confidence, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit — someone who can be a steady clinical presence within these locations while working closely with our leadership team.

We’d especially love to meet clinicians with experience or strong interest in one or more of the following:

• Play therapy and work with children/adolescents
• Couples and family therapy
• Trauma-informed care
• Working with higher-acuity or more complex clinical presentations
• Clinical supervision and mentorship of developing clinicians
• Group therapy and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
• Helping build clinical programming and community within a growing practice

You do not need to specialize in all of these areas. We are particularly interested in experienced clinicians who bring an established area of expertise and are excited to contribute that knowledge to the larger Forge team.

Our full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of approximately 22+ clinical sessions per week while providing high-quality, ethical, and medically necessary outpatient care.

In addition to their own clinical work, there are opportunities for experienced clinicians to become more involved in the life of their location through consultation, supervision, mentorship, program development, and collaboration with Forge leadership.

For the right person, this could include working closely with Dr. Hannah Davis, Forge Co-Founder and Clinical Director, to support the continued growth of our Northglenn and Commerce City locations.

Is independently licensed in Colorado as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist and has experience practicing independently.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

Clinically strong. You feel comfortable managing your own caseload, assessing risk, conceptualizing complex cases, and asking for consultation when you need it.

Collaborative. You enjoy being part of a clinical team and want relationships with the people you work alongside.

Interested in developing others. You may already supervise clinicians or have an interest in becoming more involved in clinical supervision and mentorship.

Excited to build. Forge continues to grow, and we love clinicians who see possibilities — whether that's developing a group, expanding play therapy resources, strengthening couples/family services, contributing to IOP programming, or helping create something we haven't thought of yet.

Forge is a clinician-owned Colorado group practice built around the idea that therapists should have community, autonomy, strong clinical support, and room to grow.

We're big enough to offer robust infrastructure, diverse clinical opportunities, training and consultation — while still being small enough that great ideas don't disappear into a corporate void.

Our clinicians work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of presenting concerns. We also operate adolescent IOP programming and maintain a strong commitment to training and developing the next generation of clinicians.
