It is a concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in Colorado, serving a discerning, health-conscious patient base who expect a level of personalized care that traditional medicine simply does not provide. Proactive by design, the practice focuses on long-term health optimization - helping patients feel and perform at their best through innovative, targeted therapies and a care experience unlike anything they have encountered before.

The Clinical Provider plays a critical role supporting Providers and is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical support and patient care. This includes supporting patients via phone, digitally, and in-person to address acute complaints, clinical questions, and prescription management. This role will also be responsible for delivering several of our cutting‑edge, medical therapies, including Therapeutic Plasma Expchange (TPE) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

This role does not entail carrying its own patient panel.

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license in good standing, with current national certification and DEA prescriptive authority
• 5-10+ years of clinical experience as a practicing NP or PA, with strong acute-care assessment and triage skills
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a clinical inbox, triaging what requires provider-level judgment versus delegation to MA and PC staff
• Procedural comfort with infusions, injections, phlebotomy, and vein assessment; experience with TPE, HBOT, or similar therapies preferred, with training provided
• Ability to educate patients on self-administered injectable therapies, including testosterone and peptides
• Excellent communication skills and a service orientation suited to a concierge patient base
• Ability to travel occasionally to other regional Colorado clinics

• Base salary range: $,000 depending on experience
