FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for in-home and senior living care in BERLIN, NJ. You’ll deliver one-on-one PT to older adults, establishing treatment plans and evidence-based therapy in patients’ homes or communities.
The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and telehealth options to maintain continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage documentation in the FOX EMR, and help patients improve mobility and independence in place.
