Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift

Heights Care & Rehab is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team!

We’re moving to a consistent block schedule designed to provide more predictability, balance, and time for the things that matter outside of work.

12-Hour

Shifts:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• Sunday
  - Tuesday
• Thursday
  - Saturday

• Provide exceptional care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, transfers, toileting, and personal care
• Answer call lights promptly and respond with compassion
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Work alongside an amazing team dedicated to providing outstanding care

• Active Colorado CNA Certification
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who enjoys supporting others
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous skilled nursing experience is a plus—but not required
