About the RoleWe are seeking a charismatic, detail-oriented all rounder who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This hybrid position rotates between Front Desk and Housekeeping shifts, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, continuous learning, and being an essential part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities- Welcome and check in/check out guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide local recommendations and create a warm, memorable experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
- Clean and service guest rooms and dorm-style accommodations to high quality standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience preferred (not required — we value attitude and willingness to learn)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Charismatic, friendly, and guest-focused personality
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and reservation software
- Open availability with the ability to be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely climb up and down bunk beds and step stools as required in dorm-style accommodations
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a physically active environment
- $18.81 per hour
- Average of 32–40 hours per week
- Cross-training in both front desk and housekeeping operations
