We are offering an exciting opportunity for a service-driven, guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as one of our Gallery Host/Front Desk Agents. The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00/hour (or more, depending on experience) plus tips!

Shifts:
Morning (7AM–3PM), Evening (3PM–11PM), Overnight (11PM–7AM)
- Welcome, check in, and check out guests with genuine hospitality
- Process payments accurately and follow all hotel cash-handling procedures
- Provide helpful information to guests, vendors, and visitors
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Maintain control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- Prepare, stock, and present food and beverage items following brand standards
- Ensure the gallery remains clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Receive and organize F&B deliveries as needed
- Prepare and plate all menu items
- Sanitize countertops, equipment, and floors regularly
- Check IDs and monitor responsible alcohol service
- A big smile and a naturally friendly personality
- Ability to operate ovens, stoves, microwaves, and other F&B equipment
- Motivated team player with strong initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Approachable and dedicated to outstanding guest service
- Open availability – flexibility is a must (we cannot guarantee set shifts or schedules)
- Able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift/move 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs frequently
- Weekly work hours vary based on occupancy and business levels
