Meeting Room Coordinator

The purpose of the position is to establish, maintain, and update the hotel meeting rooms in accordance with the sales contract and company standards.

• Ensure the cleanliness of banquet and meeting rooms.
• Ensure that all banquet and meeting rooms are properly configured in a timely manner, so that banquet service staff can prepare for functions.
• Assist banquet employees during functions.
• Responsible for putting everything back in place after the event is completed.
• Ensure that all rooms have water.

Education/Training

No formal education required.

Experience

Previous experience in the banquet area is desirable.

Knowledge/Skills

• Minimal literacy required; can use alternative training tools.

• Climbing stairs - approximately 40 steps 15% of 40 weekly hours.

Work Environment

Indoor 80% of 8 hours.

USD $22.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
