Overview
Guest Service Associate – Provides exceptional hospitality services to guests, delivering a friendly, efficient, and professional experience across all interactions.
Schedule & CompensationWork Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9:30am‑5:30pm.
Hourly base pay: $19.29/hr compensation is based on skills, experience, education, training, and location.
Benefits:

- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet using their last name, a salutation of the day, and a professional friendly tone.
- Practice proper phone etiquette on the Towne Park system.
- Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assist guests with luggage, bell services, and luggage storage as needed; open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Provide guests with directions, taxi arrangements, reservation information, and other inquiries; inform them of facility amenities and local attractions.
- Deliver requested messages, items, or guest amenities and shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival; issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before key issuance.
- Maintain all ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt) and update key tags after parking.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure &
Certifications:
Valid driver’s license as required for the state or within commuting distance. - Work Experience: One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Write and comprehend standard English and simple instructions; perform basic arithmetic, including units of American money; understand 24‑hour and military time; understand rates for time passed; operate manual transmission and perform parallel parking (highly desirable).
The role requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional running or climbing stairs. It involves talking or hearing, handling tools or objects, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds. Most work is outdoors, subject to varying temperature and weather conditions. A 5% travel requirement may apply.
