Overview

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is a 4‑Star Full Service 451‑room Hotel with 30,000 square feet of conference space. We are always looking for talented individuals with a hospitality attitude who truly want to make a difference every day. We are conveniently located within the Hampden South neighborhood @ I-25 and I-225 in the Denver Tech Center, and the Light Rail Belleview station is within walking distance.

Full‑time employees receive the following benefits.

Bell services and driver of our hotel vehicle for guests in the surrounding 3‑mile area, and the shuttle (12‑seater) for larger groups to surrounding businesses.

Position Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED certification (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year of guest service experience in a hospitality environment or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state and MVR in good standing.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Flexible schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; currently looking for weekend 10‑hour shift availability.

Physical Demands

  • Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.
  • Heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally or 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Able to stand for the entire shift.
  • Will be driving hotel vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
  • Regular attendance is required in compliance with hotel standards as required by scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including a clean, pressed uniform and correct nametag while working.
  • Comply at all times with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other team members.
  • Assist incoming and outgoing guests; explain features of a room to guests ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities, outlets, and services for guests as opportunities to increase guest satisfaction and maximize hotel revenues.
  • Provide guests with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
  • Ensure baggage is secured and tagged at guest request to store baggage.
  • Accept dry cleaning from guests and secure for pick‑up by dry cleaning company; deliver clean laundry to the guest room in a timely manner.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and keep all incidents well documented.
  • Ensure proper key procedures for all master locks and vehicle keys.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable manner for all guest interactions.
  • Maintain mileage log and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Keep vehicles clean and well maintained for guests.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Attend meetings/training as required by management.
