Set banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event diagrams;
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, bars, buffets, and other banquet equipment;
Refresh meeting rooms throughout events, including replenishing water stations, coffee stations, ice, and supplies;
Assist banquet servers, captains, and managers with operational needs during events;
Perform timely and safe breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces following function completion
