Guest Room Attendant

• Cleans and servicesassignedguest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according tohotel standards.
• Changes bed linens, makesbeds, replaces towels, and replenishes guestroomamenities and supplies.
• Vacuums, dusts, mops, andsanitizes all assigned areas to ensurea clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Inspects rooms forcleanliness, maintenance concerns, and missingor damaged items; reports issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Removes trash,soiled linens, andusedguest items fromroomsand designated areas.
• Restocks housekeeping cartswith linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest requestswhile maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Follows proper procedures for handlinglost and founditems.
• Adheres to allsafety, security, chemical handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs deep cleaningprojects and otherhousekeepingduties as assigned by management.

• Must have the ability to communicatein English.
• Self-starting personality with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Maintain a professionalappearance and mannerat all times.
• Ability to communicatecourteously and effectively with guests andfellow associates.
