This is a posting for a Night Audit Host—Overnight Shift at the Grand Hyatt Denver, a 516‑room hotel with over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space.
The Night Audit Host is responsible for assisting in the overnight front office shift. This will include cash control, preparing and balancing various reports, responding to guest service issues, and the check‑in and check‑out process. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
This position is for the overnight shift and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Schedules are not set, determined based on business needs. Typical shifts will be from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am; occasional PM shifts may be required as well.

- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Previous high‑volume customer service experience is required, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Previous work‑related cash handling experience is required.
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
- Knowledge of Denver area restaurants and attractions preferred.
- Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Hours for this position: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Rate: $22.40 per hour plus a $2.00 differential for overnight shifts.
