Audit, balance and report on all hotel cash and credit operations including food and beverage outlets, front desk, and other outlets; ensure accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures;
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information and services in a professional manner;
Prepare and balance nightly financial reports and close out daily accounts;
Operate PBX/phone system, assist with wake-up calls, and perform front desk duties as needed;
Balance and close bank ticket codes and run the night audit final
