SSA Group at the Denver Zoo is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily kitchen and guest service operations, ensuring safety, quality, and a memorable experience for every guest while upholding SSA’s 452 Hospitality standards.
You will supervise BOH and front-of-house tasks, train new staff, review performance, coordinate with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager, and respond to guest feedback to prevent issues from reoccurring.
