What You’ll DoAs our Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector
, you will help lead and support our dedicated Housekeeping TEAM while ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our standards for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise, motivate, and support housekeeping team members throughout each shift
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Assist with daily assignments, room priorities, and department organization
- Identify and communicate maintenance or guest room concerns
- Provide coaching and feedback to help team members succeed
- Work closely with hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- 1+ year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a select-service hotel required
- Previous Hyatt brand experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
