Position: Public Area Attendant (Part-Time, PM)
Sage Hospitality Group -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and common guest areas;
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests;
Maintain parking lot and public space cleanliness;
Complete daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning checklists;
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, thresholds, base boards, railings, elevators, stairwells and window frames;
Vacuum and spot clean carpeting, upholstery and drapery;
Remove gums from surfaces;
Clean and shine all glass and metal surfaces;
Empty trash receptacles and replace bags;
Clean offices as assigned;
Clean public restrooms and restock supplies;
Clean public and service elevators (inside and out);
Attend departmental meetings to enhance communication and knowledge;
Respond to guest inquiries and comments with timely information;
Follow safety guidelines to ensure safety of self, associates, and guests
