East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at The Pinnacle, one of Denver's premier luxury residential communities. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors, you'll create a welcoming, secure, and exceptional living experience while supporting the daily operations of the community.
This is more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and deliver personalized service every day.

Job Location:
Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Employment Status:
Part-Time, Year-Round
Start Date:
Immediately

- Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
- Build positive resident relationships.
- Monitor building access and security.
- Coordinate resident services and amenities.
- Document and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Conduct routine property walks.
- Maintain accurate resident and vendor information.
- Assist during emergencies.
- Complete daily handover reports.
- Represent East West with professionalism and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, hospitality, concierge, receptionist, or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Luxury residential, hotel, hospitality, or property management experience.
- Concierge or front desk experience.
- Enjoy helping people.
- Take pride in exceptional customer service.
- Stay calm under pressure.
- Build strong relationships.
