Night Audit

White Lodging -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours — assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally with all front desk functions;
Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at the close of each business day — including credit card reconciliation, cash handling, and change fund management as part of the nightly hotel audit process;
Run nightly audit reports, record all hotel revenues and statistics accurately, and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for hotel management review;
Read, analyze, interpret, and clearly explain standard hotel reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures — serving as the on-site point of authority during overnight hours;
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest information and hotel data throughout every overnight shift
