Front Desk Agent – Full Time

Residence Inn Denver Airport/Convention Center – Denver, CO

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Answer incoming calls and provide hotel information
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and help resolve issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow hotel and Marriott standards and procedures
• Complete other front desk duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be flexible and available to work AM, PM, and Overnight shifts
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
