Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday and ADP
- Proven experience leading or owning HRIS integrations
- Experience supporting a large, hourly, multi-site workforce
- Strong systems, reporting, and analytical skill set
- Collaborative, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Own and support the day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the company’s HRIS ecosystem, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Partner with the Director of HRIS to execute system strategy, implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a hands‑on contributor for Workday configuration, testing, UAT, and post–go‑live support across core HR modules.
- Support ADP payroll, timekeeping, and PTO systems, including integrations, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Act as an escalation point for complex HRIS and payroll‑related issues, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics related to headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems, including support for audits and access controls.
- Assist with training, documentation, and change management to drive system adoption across a large hourly workforce.
