Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Within our Corporate Human Resources team in Denver, Leprino is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to help shape programs that support connection, growth, and recognition across the organization! This role blends program coordination, systems support, and thoughtful execution to strengthen how employees experience key moments throughout their journey.
At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $66,000 and $73,000
. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.
- Build and support enterprise-wide employee experience programs that strengthen recognition, growth, and connection across Leprino.
- Administer and support Success Factors talent modules in partnership with IT, including Performance Management and Succession Planning cycles.
- Create, maintain, and update ad hoc reports that support talent and employee experience initiatives.
- Coordinate communications, materials, and training that support key talent management processes.
- Design and deliver clear, engaging training content tied to core people programs for diverse audiences.
- Serve as a key facilitator and co-owner of Corporate New Hire Orientation, ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience.
- Administer and evolve Leprino's in-house Leprino Appreciates! recognition platform, including configuration, reporting, and ongoing improvements.
- Coordinate formal recognition and service anniversary programs across locations.
- Support employee engagement and lifecycle survey processes, including project coordination, data synthesis, and follow-up support.
- Develop and manage ad hoc surveys that surface employee insights and inform improvement efforts.
- Partner with external vendors to support survey platforms and employee experience tools.
- Support Better Together initiatives through LMS administration, Champion Program coordination, and quarterly facilitation with division leads.
- Build and maintain cultural awareness toolkits, learning materials, and communications that encourage inclusion and connection.
- Process and reconcile L&OD vendor invoices and support operational coordination across the team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related HR-focused field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR-related role, with exposure to corporate or enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience supporting or administering HR or talent management systems, such as performance or succession tools.
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, or processes that involve multiple partners or vendors.
- Experience supporting or administering performance or succession planning programs.
- Familiarity with Success Factors, Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
