About the Role

As our Regional HR Manager
, you will provide comprehensive HR leadership across your assigned region while collaborating daily with remote HR partners (Payroll and Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance management and succession planning
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Policy development and compliance

What You’ll Do Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with executive and regional leaders to execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership
  • Oversee performance review cycles and succession planning
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and reasonable accommodations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Conduct annual review of policies and HR practices
  • Deliver fair, business‑aligned outcomes that support a respectful culture
Talent Development & Engagement
  • Design and deliver manager training and new manager orientation
  • Lead new hire orientation programs
  • Develop learning and development initiatives
  • Drive engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction programs
Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate across remote HR teams to streamline processes
  • Improve HR systems, procedures, and compliance programs
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law trends and HR technologies
  • Lead special projects and change initiatives
What You Bring Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Manager experience
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP highly desired
  • Canadian HR experience a plus
Technical Skills
  • Strong HR systems experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to learn and implement new HR technologies
