Within our Corporate Human Resources team in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development, to help shape programs that support connection, growth, and recognition across the organization! This role blends program coordination, systems support, and thoughtful execution to strengthen how employees experience key moments throughout their journey.
At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $105,000 and $119,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 12%.
What You’ll Do:- Coach and develop a Learning & Development team of three direct reports, setting clear expectations and supporting professional growth.
- Build and guide a learning strategy that strengthens leadership, professional growth, and organizational capability across Leprino.
- Design and oversee blended learning programs, including classroom, eLearning, and experiential formats that build real skills.
- Lead middle-manager and production leadership development programs, ensuring consistent quality and measurable impact.
- Partner with business leaders and internal experts to assess skill gaps and craft targeted development solutions.
- Create clear standards for instructional quality and hold the team accountable to those standards.
- Deliver high-impact workshops and custom team sessions that encourage behavioral change and lasting improvement.
- Measure program effectiveness, analyze participation and outcome data, and refine programs to increase impact.
- Collaborate with the LMS System Administrator to assign content, improve delivery methods, and introduce new system capabilities.
- Coach and mentor a Learning & Development team, building capability, confidence, and collaboration.
- Coordinate learning communications and campaigns that increase visibility and participation across the organization.
- Strengthen a culture where development is shared, transparent, and aligned to business priorities.
- Champion innovation in learning methods and technologies to scale development efficiently across teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in a learning‑related discipline within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of experience designing and developing instructor‑led and eLearning content.
- 1 year of experience leading and mentoring employees in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated experience applying project and program management methodologies and tools to complex initiatives.
- A master’s degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience leading enterprise‑wide leadership development programs in a manufacturing organization.
- Proficiency with learning technologies, reporting tools, and modern instructional methodologies that scale effectively.
- Experience building mentoring or professional development programs that strengthen internal career pathways.
