• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Maintain and organize employee personnel records
• Triage employee inquiries and route to HR leadership
• Answer general HR‑related questions (time‑off documentation, policies, etc.)
• Record employee absences and supervisory performance documentation
• Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding paperwork
• Perform filing, copying and document management

• 0–3 years of experience
• Administrative experience required
• HR experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and corporate HR environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• $19–$20/hour
