About The PositionAs a Culture Coach V you are a senior expert and strategic partner, responsible for delivering high-impact culture coaching to complex, high-value, and multinational clients. You operate with significant autonomy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive business transformation through data-driven insights and executive-level engagement.
You are responsible for:
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives with moderate to high complexity, influencing business outcomes beyond your immediate team.
- Mentor and develop other Culture Coaches, informally and formally, sharing expertise and elevating team performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, C-suite, and executive teams, shaping organizational culture at scale.
- Model UKG and Great Place To Work values and behaviors, setting the benchmark for collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Strategic Delivery:
Independently deliver advanced analyses and culture coaching sessions, leveraging the Emprising™ platform and Great Place To Work For All™ Model to drive actionable change for clients. - Executive Engagement:
Build rapport and credibility with senior leaders, facilitating sessions that address complex organizational challenges and global workforce dynamics. - Project Leadership:
Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects, driving process improvements and business impact across teams and geographies. - Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to other coaches and team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance coaching methodologies, contribute to product/service development, and champion best practices. - Global Perspective:
Frequently engage with international clients, adapting approaches to diverse cultures and business environments. - Business Impact:
Influence renewal, retention, and expansion strategies by demonstrating the value of culture coaching and data-driven insights.
- 7+ years in consulting, HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or social impact, with a proven track record in customer success and strategic account management.
