Job Title: Bilingual People Relations Partner
Employment Type: Contract (10 months)
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour
Role Overview
The North America People Relations (PR) Partner supports employee relations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, ensuring consistent execution of global HR and PR policies, practices, and strategies. This role partners closely with HR leadership and legal teams to manage complex, high-risk cases while aligning regional needs with global People Relations objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee regional execution of workplace investigations, employee accommodations, corrective actions, and related People Relations projects, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations
- Lead and actively participate in global HR business process initiatives to drive timely implementation, process improvements, and enhanced employee experiences
- Serve as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive People Relations matters, including workforce actions and terminations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on regional PR metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for proactive solutions
- Partner with Employment Legal, Business Integrity, and HR leadership to address complex regional People Relations challenges
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to present key data and insights to executive leadership
- In-depth knowledge of HR and People Relations practices, policies, and legal requirements across multiple U.S. states, Canada, and Mexico
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional and global teams
- Proven experience managing sensitive and high-risk employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR service models
- Spanish fluency at C2+ level required;
Portuguese is a plus
