AboutThe Role
As our Regional HR Manager
, you will provide comprehensive HR leadership across your assigned region while collaborating daily with remote HR partners (Payroll and Recruiting).
- Performance management and succession planning
- Employee relations and conflict resolution

- Partner with executive and regional leaders to execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership
- Oversee performance review cycles and succession planning
- Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and reasonable accommodations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Conduct annual review of policies and HR practices
- Deliver fair, business‑aligned outcomes that support a respectful culture
- Design and deliver manager training and new manager orientation
- Lead new hire orientation programs
- Develop learning and development initiatives
- Drive engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction programs
- Collaborate across remote HR teams to streamline processes
- Improve HR systems, procedures, and compliance programs
- Maintain knowledge of employment law trends and HR technologies
- Lead special projects and change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Manager experience
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP highly desired
- Canadian HR experience a plus
- Strong HR systems experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to learn and implement new HR technologies
- Business‑savvy and solutions‑oriented

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
