Job Description Summary

This is a contract position where the Technical Recruiter must be able to successfully prioritize, execute, and close challenging searches, managing to benchmarks and metrics. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and are driven by data to develop winning talent strategies. The best candidates draw on years of expertise in talent delivery and have built extensive industry networks. They have sound business acumen and the ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders.

They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and development, negotiation, client management, and are highly organized. They possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative. Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Act as a liaison for potential candidates, generate and follow up on leads, perform initial telephone screens, keep accurate records of potential candidates, follow up with established recruits, support team members and other division teams as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.)
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Recruit passive candidates at senior levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies that match fit and motivation rather than focusing on selling alone.
  • Write recruitment strategy documents with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Partner with the recruiting manager on fostering excellence in the team's culture and driving productivity.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
