Will You Be Doing?
The 2025 Spring Intern, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) will gain experience in airline operations by working within the HR department for a defined period. The intern will gain experience through assigned project work and on-the-job training. This internship is for Summer 2026, June 1st – August 28th, based in Denver, CO.
Essential Functions- Assist assigned HR department with various projects and functions as assigned.
- Respond to requests from employees, candidates, and members of leadership via email, phone and in person.
- Create and analyze HR reports as designated.
- Create and/or update HR presentations.
- Complete assigned HR projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and/or maintain data in HR systems.
- Assist in the facilitation of HR meetings, including booking meeting rooms, creating agendas and following up on action items.
- Assist with filling and maintenance of HR records.
- Become knowledgeable of Frontier policies and departmental procedures where the intern performs work.
- Work with the Manager, Learning & Development to participate as a member of the Company’s Training Center of Excellence.
- Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor compliance and identify training needs.
- Assist with various projects and functions as assigned.
- Gather feedback and measure the impact of engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, town halls, and engagement activities.
- Assist in the creation and promotion of employee recognition programs.
- Coordinate with Communications, HR, and Branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university (preferred).
- Preference given to candidates pursuing a degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or event planning preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Possess excellent office and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office software including Word and Excel.
Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled.

Freshman: $19.50 per hour
Sophomore: $20.50 per hour
Junior: $21.25 per hour
Senior: $22.25 per hour
Graduate Program: $24.25 per hour
